Thursday TakeOver - Tina Mazzola's Baked Oats!

Tina Mazzola's Baked Oats! 
1 ripe banana mashed with
oat milk (You can use also any other milk like soy milk or almond milk etc.)
1 egg
1/2 cup or ¾ cup of oats (I prefer gluten free oats)
1/2 cup Blueberries 
Nuts, raisins, banana, any other fruit or berries
First mash the ripe banana and combine it with the oat milk until it is smooth and a bit watery. Then add one egg and the gluten free oats. After that mix as many blueberries as you want into the mixture and stir evenly in a lined cake pan.
Then place everything in a heated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit??)
You can put this in the fridge and it will keep for 2 days (if you can keep your hands off it for that long!)

My name is Tina Mazzola. A long time ago I suffered from multiple food allergies and intolerances. No doctor could help me at that time and at the supermarket you couldn’t find all the allergy friendly food that you get today. The knowledge for customers was little and there was not a specific prescription at the supermarket of what is in a food product.
I started to educate myself and then decided to make a career as an nutritionist.
In the past few years I learned more and more about food and health. It just doesn’t stop with your title as a nutritionist.
Today the most important thing for me is that food and nutrition has to be fresh, healthy, organic and easy to make. And so are my recipes. I don’t like complicated things in the every day kitchen without having to spend too much time! Mostly I eat vegan but sometimes I include some fresh organic eggs.
