·         Get to know yourself: self knowedge is not just knowing your likes and dislikes, it’s about knowing who you really are as a person.

·         Surround youself with beautiful people: we’re talking inner beauty – people that have a story to tell, lessons to teach.

·         Rid yourself of people who bring you down: aint nobody got time for that!

·         ‘Three Good Things’ practice: Each day, write down three good things that happened throughout your day, or 3 things you are thankful for.

·         Avoid comparing yourself to what you see on social media.

·         Write – whether it’s a public blog or a private diary – writing is the most therapeutic outlet for your thoughts and ideas.

·         De-clutter: we get emotionally attached to stuff we don’t need. When you finally purge and rid yourself of all the clutter you have hoarded over a lifetime you will feel empowered! Plus, it’s a good way to make some extra ££

·         Meet new people: spending time with new people will open your life up to different adventures, idea’s and opportunities in life.

·         Turn off the tv.

·         Get in touch with nature: take time out each day to get some fresh air, walk through a beautiful park or garden! Listen to the birdies!!!

·         Read or listen to an audio book

·         Get a hobby: being passionate about something different is cool and widely accepted – for people with passion feel a sense of purpose and are so much more attractive!

·         Make someone’s day: doesn’t matter who it is or how big or small the gesture -  Just do something to brighten up someone else’s day.
