Warming 3 bean turkey chilli recipe!

Ingredients – to serve 6!

450g Ground Turkey breast
1 tin chickpeas
1 tin black beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 onion, finely diced
1 tbsp lazy garlic
400ml chicken stock
1 red chilli, deseeded and diced
0.5tsp cumin
0.25tsp cinnamon
1tbsp olive oil

Step 1 – Heat the olive oil in a large pan on a low heat
Step 2 – Add the sliced onion and lazy garlic and saute for 5 minutes
Step 3 – Add the ground turkey breast and brown for a further 5 minutes
Step 4 – Add the diced red chilli, chickpeas, black beans, kidney beans and canned tomatoes, mix well
Step 5 – Pour in the stock and dry spices, bring it to a boil whilst giving a really good stir
Step 6 – Lower the heat, cover the pan and leave to simmer for 20 minutes
Step 7 – Serve with either baked sweet potato, brown or white rice, top with a little cheese and guac and feast!
