Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake Recipe!

Todays post we’re going to be celebrating the delicious blueberry with a delicious Blueberry Muffin protein shake. Blueberries boost the immune system, help to prevent signs of aging and wrinkling, improves digestion, improves memory and general brain power (us blondes need that in our lives) so here’s a quick and simple recipe to get a few more of these benefits in your life:
80g frozen blueberries,
20g oats
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
2 dates chopped
25g vanilla protein of your choice I use PESCIENCE.
200ml unsweetened almond or cashew milk
0.5tsp cinnamon
How we do:
Place all of the above mentioned ingredients in a nutri bullet and blend away! Simples, ennit!
