Pumpkin Pie High Protein Smoothie!
Yes, it’s always pumpkin season in my house. Always.
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
130g Greek Yoghurt
0.25tsp cinnamon
0.25tsp pumpkin pie spice
120ml skimmed milk
170g Libbys pumpkin puree
How we do:
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and
add a little more milk or water if the shakes too thick!
