Mango & Papaya Smoothie

Benefits of Mangos: lowers cholesterol, improves eye health, clears the skin (high in anti oxidents) promotes healthy sex… come on do I need to go on?
Benefits of Papaya: Boosts immunity, lowers cholesterol, high in fibre for a fuller feeling and healthy digestion.

Ingredients to serve 2:

2 cups papaya, chopped, fresh or frozen
0.75 cup mango, chopped, fresh or frozen
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp flaxseeds
0.25 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of freshly grated lemon zest
A pinch of cinnamon powder
2 tsps freshly grated ginger
5 drops of raw organic honey
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Ice cubes if the fruit isn’t frozen.

Place all of the listed ingredients into the blender and process until smooth
Pour into a pretty jar or glass and serve!
