What you will need:
450g lean steak mince
0.5 white onion finely diced
3 spring onions finely diced
50g feta cheese diced into small cubes
1 egg
1 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tbsp. clear honey
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
0.25 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. coriander
Method:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius, and line a baking
tray.
In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients well.
Roll into 2 inch round balls with your hand (yah it’s a
little messy but totally worth it)
Place the meatballs a few centimetres apart from each other
and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow them to cool and any juices to settle for a few
minutes, and then serve!
